As an administrator, your role is to deliver a secure and efficient ecosystem for your team. The Admin Module is the control centre for managing collaboration, data security, and project workflows.

 Admin Dashboard   

The Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your organization's activity:

• Activity Snapshot: Monitor active users, current projects, and recent simulations.

• Notifications: Stay updated on pending approvals and flagged inputs.

• Usage Analytics: Track resource utilization and identify modules (EV, AMD, etc.) used frequently.

 User Management   

Manage your team's access and roles effectively:

• Onboarding: Invite new members via email and assign licenses (Academic or Professional).

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Define roles such as Student, Researcher, or Engineer to assign ownerships to run simulations, edit materials, or generate reports.

• Activity Logs: Monitor user actions to ensure accountability and compliance.

 Material Library & Settings   

• Material Library: Maintain a centralized repository of validated motor components and materials. You can restrict access to specific groups and manage version history to ensure consistency across projects.
